Some settings no longer open after installing Windows 10 Mobile

I just upgraded to Windows 10 Mobile (Fast Ring), I enabled developer mode and paired it with my laptop. Now if I click "For Developers" in "Update & Security", nothing happens, it highlights the selection and after 5 seconds it returns to the start screen.

Anyone else experienced this?

I'm having the same problem, so far haven't been able to find a solution.

I had the same problem ! And i've fixed it by doing a hard reset! ( setting => about => rest my phone )
