Hi There! Here's the way I would go about upgrading the Anniversary addition! Going to start from what I think are the easiest.
Try the Anniversary .exe https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12387/windows-10-update-history
Next I would give the in-place repair a go! This can fix a lot of things and the updates! How to repair Windows 10 with in-place upgrade. - wintips.org - Windows Tips & How-tos
Next I would give the refresh-reset! Here's link from MS showing several ways to reset and recover your PC https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12415/windows-10-recovery-options
Next would be the nuke! How to do a clean installation of Windows 10 | Windows Central How to do a Clean Install of Windows 10, the Easy Way http://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-clean-install-windows-10/
PS If you have more ways,or easier ways, please post them here! I have updated my thread and hope it's better. Any one want to help, you would be appreciated!

Here's how to reset window updates the easy way with a .bat file! https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058
I prefer the easy way! This is a procedure I would probably try first!
Sometimes you may have an issue with Windows Update such as not being able to download or install updates, error messages, not being able to search for new updates, etc. These kind of issues can occur when the Windows Update database or components are corrupted, one or more services related to Windows Update are not running, etc.

Resetting the Windows Update components and history can usually solve these types of issues.
