Some trouble understanding

1) why when I reply to email using outlook on my lumia 820 and want to attach a word doc or pdf, it doesn't allow me. It takes me to picture gallery. As if the only thing meant attaching is the latest picture I took. If i compose a new email I am able to attach a doc or PDF. Why can't I simply reply Or am I missing something here?
2) why is there no local phone search app to search for anything stored locally like contacts or on SkyDrive, like a file name or a contact or anything related to the keyword?

There isn't one search you can use for both at this time. But both contacts and skydrive have their own search you can use to find people or files.
