Some Windows 10 apps on computer don't "start up in the required time"
When I try to open up pictures with the photo app, it opens a window but remains black, then if you close it, it will say:
"/C:\Users\{insert user}\{image location}
The app didn't start in the required time."
Same thing with the Store, and possibly a few others.
My computer had a virus, which was removed. The virus basically said that my Windows 10 didn't have an installation code, and asked for the user to input the code (which we did not do). This may have caused the apps to crash or malfunction. But now the virus is gone, and the apps still will not open past the blank opening window.
