Somebody please help! Wi-Fi not working properly!

Hello,
I have made several comments for this but no one seems to reply so I'm making a thread.
After the dev preview, my phone's Wi-Fi is not working properly. AT ALL.

1. I used to get full bars before in any corner of my house but now after the update I get only 1 in my room.

2. I can't download apps when the phone is locked...i get attention required tap here every ****in time.I remember there used to be a setting for this but I can't find it in 8.1....

This is so ******* irritating man! Someone please help, PLEASE!

windows phone 8 Wi-Fi loco are static... which mean even you are only left 1 bar, it is still display full

did you tick "always on after the screen out" in wifi > advanced?

There is no advanced in 8.1.

I'm fed up of this **** now.

then settings for wifi, not sense ( im not using english language so i dont know what is it in english)
something called manage or settings or other..
