Something like Kodi for continuum

I see that Plex provides continuum support, but I'd like something that works just like Kodi, on local files. Netflix via edge and this, would be my number 1 use for continuum (streaming and local video).

Is there anything that provides a catalogue or at least some kind of organisation for local video via continuum?
