Songarc won't start on Lumia 710

Does anybody know why Songarc won't start on my Lumia 710? I downloaded it from the marketplace and when I tried to play it all I got was a black screen then a home screen.

Reinstall is the way to go.

It crashes everytime. I've reinstalled it for several times in different ways. Won't work.

Either soft reset or contact the Songarc team.

I tried a soft reset. Didn't work. I also contacted SongArc team yesterday. I guess I'm waiting for a response.
