Try to change your region (I think that you do not need to restart) ... download it ... and then start your region back ... it usually works ...

Interesting that neither are live enabled even though the icon for Sonic says it is. Both show up under my non live games.

I got that error too, but I restarted my device and then scanned the barcodes and was able to install both Sonic CD and Monkey Ball.

These games are for WP7.8 as well as WP8. :smile:

I get a "not available for your device" message as well on my 920. I'm on AT&T in the US...
