Sound crackling when streaming music (Pandora/Nokia Music/Xbox Music)

I have recently ( past month or so) started to hear crackling in my audio whenever I am streaming audio via my head phones

I know its not my headphones because if I listen to anything else on the phone with them (music I have copied to the phone) it is fine

The issue comes up when I am streaming music. The volume goes down then up sporadically and I also get crackling

I have heard about the volume thing but have you heard of the crackling as well? it makes Pandora & Nokia Music & Xbox music un useable.

Any ideas on what could fix it? I am running GDR2

What about your network coverage? it might be low at your area.

i am facing the same issue but with soundcloud.
