Sound error/bug

1 day has passed since i updated my windows phone from 8.0 to 8.1 .Everything was working perfectly fine when suddenly my phone couldn't stop vibrating.I turned off my phone and after some time turned it back on.When it booted up i had no sound.Pressing the volume up and down keys don't do anything,they don't even appear.It just shows a dark grey line and that's all.Everything that has a sound crashes ( videos,applications etc. ).I can't even make a phone call because i can't hear the person I'm talking with.
Please help!

The only thing I can say is just go and back up all of your personal information and do a factory reset. Just go to: Settings > About > reset your phone
