Sound issue with headphones and incoming calls

Recently I have had an issue with the sound output from the headphone jack. It sounds great when listening to music. Also crystal clear sound when on a call. The problem I am having is when I am listening to music from any source i.e. MixRadio, Pandora, Onboard music or YouTube, if a call comes in, I lose sound from the right side. The left side still works and the inline mic still works as well. I just lose all sound from the right channel. I have disconnected it mid-call hoping it would work, and nothing. When I am done with the call, music comes back on but only from the left channel. I have to shut down then power up my phone again for the right channel to work again. Anyone else have this issue?

Yup I have seen this issue and a soft reset fix this. This should be fixed by Lumia cyan firmware update if you have a Nokia Lumia device.
