SP4 camera not working

It will not take photos and there is a flicker when you move or shake the device, showing digital artifacts on the camera app. Anybody else experiencing this? Might be a broken device; I mean those UPS guys really went out of their way to crumple the box on a corner.

OK nevermind. Problem solved.

I did a reset, open camera app, played with the settings, then Photo app icon appeared on left top corener. So now I'm able to take photos. Not that I support this practice (don't use tablets for photos kids). Also, IPS guys still suck.
