Star wars update bug ! Lost game!

Just updated star wars commander and lost my game . All my purchases everything! I'm so pissed right now . Who do I get in contact and will they refund me or bring my game back?

Yes, I noticed this today. Updated on WP8 and Win8 and I've started from the beginning. Although, after tattling through the tutorial, I was then able to log back into Facebook and reload my original game. BUT!!! Lo and behold, next time I go to play, same story. The problem seems to be that the new update forgets about Facebook sync

I never did the facebook log in (i don't use Facebook) and now all of my progress is gone.

I updated and lost everything to. I don't play through facebook. I'm pissed off. There is an official forum for this game but don't know it off the top of my head.

The update erased my game too. Now it wants me to restart. This is so stupid. Did they even try the update before pushing it out to everyone.

I have my apps auto update, so that means I lost my game too.

Here is the SW: Commander Forum, and by the looks at the latest thread about the update debacle, even people who use the game synched on facebook aren't safe. Some of those folks lost their game.

Got another update tonight and it didn't fix it ....

Got an update as well but you have to go thru the game to access the facebook log in then your good
