Start Menu and Taskbar Colors?

How to change start menu color and task bar color as it is showing blue by default and I have tried to change by changing themes but its not working for me... !!! Can someone help me?

I think it's changed by switching themes.
Go to Personalization, then select some theme, click Colors, and there you'll find some of the colors along with a "Color Intensity" slider.
