Starting computer to go to desktop instead of sign in page

When I start my computer it goes to a page that has date and time of day...I click and it goes to a sign in page for my microsoft account with password or pin...Can I start my computer and by pass this and go directly to my desktop page?

Although this is not recommended due to security risks and opening up your account to anyone who can get access to the computer, you can achieve what's requested like this:

1) Open the command prompt as an admin
2) Type "netplwiz" and from the Users tab uncheck "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer."
3) Reboot
