'Starting download' stuck!

I bought MS Lumia 550 a week ago. I immediately downloaded all the apps I wanted, and it worked fine. Later, I was notified that some apps can update (Calculator, Alarms etc), but it couldn't, it only says 'Starting download'. Also, when I try to download other apps, it says 'Starting download', and on the app list on the start screen it says 'pending' but nothing really happens. ALSO, I noticed that the update is available (windows 10.0.10586.29), and it also 'starts' downloading, but nothing really happens. I also have low storage problem (it notifies me about low phone storage, but it really isn't low).
I think this whole problem has something to do with the storage settings (am I keeping the new apps on SD card, or phone), but I tried everything, believe me.
If anyone knows a solution for this problem except hard reset, please let me know, this is really frustrating. I realized I'm not the only one with this problem so please help. I will insert some screenshots on this post.

Restart phone and don't download all at once. Download one app at a time

I had the same issue, apps didnt download/update until this new phone update went thru.

Set phone update to automatic download, make sure you have wifi, restart the phone, and then dont touch it!

First I tried to force it and was going to Phone Update screen all the time, it wasnt working.. But then I left it for the night and it eventually downloaded and installed. After the install apps also started to download correctly.
