State of Insider Builds and what to use

Hello there all,

About a year ago I stopped using the Insider Builds because to me they been worthless. So presently I am using the latest production build on my 950.

There are a few bugs, like the keyboard in cascade mode during texting that are annoying me.

I am considering putting on an insider build, and curious which build would be best to start at. I know I do not what to use the fast build presently.

Any build you go on is very stable if on slow ring or fast ring. It doesn't feel much like a beta at all though the phone will reboot randomly in rare cases though. As I'm sure you know there no new mind blowing features. All it is just bug fixes to the OS.
