Static IP Option Not Showing in WiFi.

I am not getting the static ip option in my lumia 720 running wp 8.1 developer preview:crying::crying:,but my friend with a lumia 520 has the option.
i need static ip option to connect to my college WiFi.
Anyone Any Idea!!
Please Help.

Some phones have it some phones don't. My L521 on T-Mobile doesn't have it. If you have Static IP capability you would see an option for Static IP at the bottom of Wi-Fi Settings below Wi-Fi Sense and Manage
