Stepping away for a bit...

Life has happened and has happened quickly.

My activity has been reduced due to family, job and many other things that just seemed to all come at the same time. I plan on making a return (activity wise) as every thing is starting to get close to normal for me. Once I get back up to speed with every thing, I'll be back to the old me... and with Dave's approval, hopefully back helping you all again.

Definitely awesome having you all on board... always on top of every thing, helping the forums run as smooth as possible.

Some things I still want for the mods as well as the Ambassadors to continue to do:

• Greet new comers to make them feel welcomed
• Try to create as many new/positive threads as possible to combat all the negativity
• Also helping with the Photo Scavenger Hunt thread.

So you're hanging up your ban hammer and toolbox? Hopefully se1fcr3ation will come back. Doesn't look like that'll happen tho unfortunately. I'd say just stay and fill in whenever you can just like what I used to do from September to December due to my rigorous last semester in college.

Thought about doing that, but that's what I was doing, and I believe Dave wants to bring on someone who can contribute more than I have been... let others get a chance to get the feet wet with mod duties.

I think we definitely need someone who is a "night owl" if from US/Canada or else someone from overseas. Most of the spam happens when most people in US/Canada are sleeping.

You're spot on! That's something Dave and I have discussed a couple of time.
