Steps recorder on laptop...anyone else seen this

Just have an app on my laptop (I didn't install) called steps recorder (you have to press the down arrow on the windows screen) and scroll along to you see steps recorder. This little beauty automatically takes screen shots on everything you click and outlines what you clicked on... Perfect for doing step by step guides without having to do them yourself and save each pic to paint one by one. You just press stop recording when your done and it saves every click you pressed with a screen shot. Many may knows this app...personally.... I didn't so hope this may help anyone out who needs help with step by step guides

Yea, I saw that doohickey come with any recent Windows PC, although I never really tried it.
