Still unable to purchase anything from the marketplace?

Just wondering if anyone can give me any idea how I can cure this.

In the past I've purchased apps/games fine, however, since the middle of last week, I've not been able too, I get the "can't get information, try again in a while" on the phone, and when trying through Zune software, I get "unknown error".

I've checked cookies are on, I've updated all software (phone / zune / windows), I've checked my credit cards are associated properly, and are in date, I've even added a new CC that I know for a fact has a ton of credit on it, but still no joy.

Anyone got any ideas?
 
Anyone got a direct link for WP7 support?, the support site sends you round in circles....
