I cannot store download videos in sd card . its only possible internal memmory , pls reply any suggestion

At moment no app is allowed to access sd card , so the videos are downloaded in internal memeory but this will soon be changed by windows phone 8.1

like if we download a torrent via wp torrent app and move the app to sd card it wont use phone memory at all? no temp file dumping?
