Store downloading problem

Hello guys...my brother has done a hard reset to his L920...when he goes to download something from the store it says : You need to setup My Family go to windowsphone.com/family and sign in with your parents account....LOL my brother is 17 years old and he it tells him that when trying to download Skype...and not even Skype it says that to all apps he tries to download ...
can you help plz ?

Lol yeah my brother had this problem.bit funny enough i didn't on both my lumia's and i am the younger brother lol. Only thing i can think of is the email address. When you put your details in make sure its a year that's going to make him.older then 18. I could be wrong but that's all i can think of

Sign in to the site it says and change the family setings for him so that he doesn't need permission to download apps. No need to change the age...
