Store Issue Check for Updates always returns no apps

Since I updated to 1703 Windows 10 Mobile and cleared the temporary files on my Lumia 950 XL I am unable to get app updates to work. Any ideas

Have you tried a soft reset? A simple restart I mean

Yes tried a soft reset and power cycle still no luck

What about OS updates and maps updates? Are you getting those?

Running 10.0.15063.297 OS Version and just checked for map updates and got a message latest maps update installed
