Store not working

I updated my phones software (don't know what update it was because I see nothing different) but now the store is not working. When I try to download it says "The Microsoft account service is unavailable right now. Please try again later". Already tried a soft reset but it didn't work. Checked date as well. Anybody can help?

Authenticate your Live ID in "email+accounts" from settings that may helps you....

Force sync your Microsoft ID by going into phone settings / email + accounts / long tap on your Microsoft ID and then tap on sync. Also try to use a different wifi or mobile data if available.

Syncing didn't work. Now I'm getting the error code 800705b4. Any idea what that is?
