Store not working

I have w10m build .218 on my Lumia 532 dual sim. Since last week when I saw a promo about the 'Old look' app, I went to the store to download it but the app was stuck on 'starting download'. I've tried restarting the phone but it won't proceed past that. I tried another app but it's facing the same problem. Any ideas I can use before I hard reset the device? Thanks in advance

Have you tried a soft reset? Hold power button until device vibrates?

Some, who have had issues with the store, have removed the SD card and the store works again. This is mainly on the Tech Preview, but it could be something to try.
