store still restrict downloading bigger games via cellular connection

I thought windows 10 mobile (build 10586.154) had no store data cap restrictions.
Today after updating my L640DS to windows 10 , i tried to download Tiny troopers 2: Special ops and asphalt airborne. Both can't download via cellular network and it says "waiting for WiFi". I'm using 3G for downloading apps, the is no problem for downloading maps via 3G by turning on metered connections in map app. But i can't find such option in store app. In using latest store app ver 2016.29.13.0
Is there any workaround ? Thanks

Only workaroud IMHO could be using another 3g Phone as Hot spot, and connecting Lumia to it via wifi... Maybe if works...

No one tried putting his sim in another LTE or 4G phone, and using it as hotspot?
Microsoft did that after big complains of a lot of people for big extra carrier fees
