In the hone stretch of my AT&T contract ending, and am seriously thinking about telling AT&T to shove off. Has any one else left AT&T for StraightTalk? Any feedback, observations, comparisons? Thanks!

Yes I did exactly that and have been very satisfied with ST and the money saved.

Nothing wrong with the service, it uses AT&T's towers. But check your device's forums regarding editing the APN. If you can't edit the MMS settings, you will not be able to use picture messaging. Editing the data APN is easy and you'll have internet.

Thanks!I would be switching, at least initially with a Nokia 920. Ifbi decided to get a new phone later, would any unlocked GSM phone work? Or does it have to be att specs?

Any unlocked GSM that has frequencies compatible with ATT will work.

Two 928 units here. Just switched...no data or mms.
