Strange Behavior on my 1520

I have WP 8.1+ Cyan and the latest Update 1.

A couple of days ago my phone began, when I brought it out of sleep mode a black screen with "resuming" and the moving dots would appear for several seconds till the lock screen would appear. I did a few days before this happened have the Lock Screen Beta installed but I uninstalled it. This Resuming happens now every time I go our of sleep mode. I have tried a couple of hard resets but it still does it.



Why is this happening and how do I stop it and get normal behavior back?

Check if you've pinned Cortana to your start screen un pin and the problem should go away

I didn't know Cortana was even running on my phone so I just turned it off . It was never pinned to my start screen. After a phone restart the 'resuming' still happens with Cortana turned off. I tried two times.

I have solved the problem using a answer from the Nokia Lumia forum.
I had to turn on the "Kids Corner" app and use it for a minute then turn it off again and no more resuming.
Its a bug in the Live Lock Screen Beta app that it does not uninstall correctly.
