Strange taking picture issue

Hell Everyone, from today I have very strange issue while taking picture. The problem is that picture I taking have too much light and picture have something like fog on them, like flash is too strong. On phone is install GDR2 and by default I am taking picture with Nokia Pro but same happens with ProShot and other software for taking photos.
When I take picture without flash they are should be, perfect.
Does anyone knows what could be reason?

A few steps:
1. Clean your lens and remove any smudges
2. Adjust exposure and other settings in pro cam

post some sample shots so that we can have a look at them.
