Stuck at app installation phase of reset

I did hard reset and am going through the setup process without restore but I am stuck at "A few more apps still need to finish installing" phase of the setup. I see WiFi activity on top but it's stuck there for for over an hour. This part never took more than 10 minutes in the past. Tried Device Recovery and stuck here again. Any help? Is the Store down at the moment?

Reset the wifi if you can - maybe that is the issue
try the wdrt again but try not to use wifi and see what happens - maybe the set up process will skip the downloading of updates/apps

I could have used your advice earlier! lol Rebooting wifi router (Linksys EA4500) is exactly what I did this afternoon and that fixed it.

Something's not right with my Linksys EA4500 and L950 combo. When I first got my 950, I had an issue with WiFI so I replace the router with a D-Link but it had a different issue so when I went back to Linksys and everything was somehow okay for weeks until now.
