Stuck in downgrading wp8.1 to wp8

I am using Windows 7 on PC to downgrade my Windows Phone wp8.1 to wp8, but it seems that when i was downloading Nokia software recovery tool, something went wrong, but the app still can be used, so i opened the Nokia software recovery tool, and download new installation, but it stucks at 96%...,
Is there someone explain this situation? I want to use Lumia Cyan as soon as possible....

When I first used Nokia Software Recovery Tool, my PC crashed during downloading. Then it won't open after I got back on Windows. I changed the directory of where the recovery tool was installed (simply copied the program's folder to another drive) and also changed the download directory. Completed the download without any problems. I had to start again though. Since you can still open yours, try changing the download directory of the WP 8.0 OS.

Is your phone Country Variant? Go to Settings > Extras + Info > More Info and check the manufacturer name. Once you see the country, check the list of available countries here Availability in Asia Pacific - Nokia. If it says it's available then you can have it.
