Stuck on WP10's older build, please help me out!!!!

Hi guys,
My phone (Lumia 520) is stuck on some older build of WP10. Now its downloaded and ready to install & if I don't, it'll be installed automatically on 24th of June, which I don't want to as its very buggy. So can anyone help me out in getting out of this build??

Backup your phone
Pull the sdcard
HARD RESET
then, restore the backup.

You don't actually have to pull the SD card. However, being that you've already got Windows 10, a hard reset won't fix this for you anyways. You will still be stuck on 10080 or whatever you have. If you want the current hotness (10136) you have to use the recovery tool to roll your phone back to WP 8.1 and then reinstall the Insider Tool and get back on the fast ring and it will get the new one for you.

No. I haven't installed W10 preview yet in my phone. It's just downloaded & ready to be installed which I don't want to as its really buggy at this moment.
