Stuck Pixel

Hi , i have a small patch of stuck pixels on my device. I'm sure they're stuck and not dead as they're not black.
I've read that there's youtube vids that help fix this but does anybody know of a specific one that i should use as a lot of them specify specs etc. HELP!

I've seen pixels like this on a monitor, but I've never seen them on one of my phone's screens. Have you tried powering off the phone for a few minutes and turning it back on?

I tried for a few minutes , ill try it turned off overnight and see if that helps!
