Stuck with 12 months of music passes I can't use

I have four 3-month Zune Music Pass codes I can't use because I have a Canadian account and they are US codes. Has anyone had success getting Microsoft to replace unused Zune codes with new Xbox music codes or otherwise doing some magic for them?
