Stylus Runtime error with One Note and Win 10

I keep getting: Runtime error microsoft Shared\Ink\InputPersonalization.exe when using the stylus with OneNote under Windows 10. The stylus seems to work okay, but when I close OneNote the error pops up. If I close the notification it opens up again.

Has anyone else seen this?
