Suddenly the Windows Store stopped working open and close right away

Suddenly with no reason once I launch the Store it will open the window and then close immediately, I've searched and tried almost every single troubleshooting tip on the web and still is not opening, my last resort is to reset the Surface Book but I will loose all my apps and configuration, not a good solution, any last minute suggestion? Thanks

Mine was doing the same thing. I restarted after trying everything and it worked. However, now it opens by itself whenever I wake the pc up, with a blank blue page with the store logo on it. No idea why.

The last time this happened to me, it was a problem on MS's side. That could be the case here. If not, try opening an admin command prompt and typing "wsreset" (this will reset the windows store and launch it when finished).

try seeing if it does the same thing under a different login
the one time this happened had to recreate the Windows profile.
