Weather (by Microsoft). It also shows the weather on the glance screen.

Accuweather is the most accurate, and looks nice on lock screen too! Not as nice as others , buy if it says it's going to rain and it rains, thats all I need!

MSN weather is just a **** it is not too much accurate and update after a long time

I've been using MSN weather well over year now and the accuracy has been pretty much always spot on.

Heh perhaps the data provider for your region aint that good. Are you sure that it has latest data updated and that app has permission to run on background? Not too many apps running on background and blocking it?

I like WeatherBug. The UI is pretty nice, and I find it accurate where I live.
