Super Slow WiFi on Windows 10

From what i have gathered as i bought a brand new hp laptop with amd a9 processor, realtek PCIe GBE family adapter and realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe adapter the issue is being partly caused by not having upto date drivers even through realtek they are old also as my old laptop has intel in as the adapter and pulls full speeds as opposed to half or less with realtek with windows 10 on both so basically if its not intel you get punished which is wrong (also a tech from my net provider let slip this was the problem) either realtek need to get it looked at for better drivers or they should make them work on a level par with others had i known this before i would have spent the money on an intel as opposed to being punished for wanting better graphics
