Yes, unfortunately this is pretty bad. Never gonna trust a nvidia SoC again... crappy drivers after crappy drivers...

Yes, the surface is amazing, in my opinion much better than iPad. Unfortunately these bugs continue...

Originally, my problem was battery performance when watching video. It would seem... My battery only depletes when using xbox videos to watch my movies. I am using another app from store, and the battery is fine again, and the surface isnt getting hot. I guess there was a bad update.

I have 2 x Surface 2's, both of which are experiencing high battery drain when in standby...

They are experiencing drain? That's not cool. Either try a refresh (i know, annoying but it does fix things), or shut down and turn own if you havent done that.

My battery drain is because of the xbox Video app, not the updates.
