Hey guys,
I'm a big time Surface user (RT, Pro, Book, Go). However, I've got a question I haven't been able to find the answer for using Google.
I have a Surface Connect to USB-C Adapter. When I connect it to my Surface Pro 6, it shows display and charges. When I use it together with my Surface Book (1st gen), it doesn't charge but does display picture (so there's data transfer). The USB source (specific Philips Brilliance 258B) should be able to charge using USB-C.
The device is running 10.0.18363 Build 18363, the latest firmware and drivers are installed AFAIK.
Is this normal behaviour?
