I have a brand new Surface Book 2 I've only had for a few months. I'm an illustrator and bought it because I thought it would be good for drawing with but I find it too slow, laggy and unresponsive when opening large drawing programs like clip studio paint.
Lately I've started having a problem where I keep hearing the notification sound for something connecting and disconnecting over and over again. It seems to be happening randomly. Sometimes if it happens while I'm watching a youtube video I'll notice the video freeze for a bit while the audio keeps running. Also on occasion the trackpad or keyboard will stop working for a moment until i wiggle it around or mash keys for a bit.
So far my experience with this laptop hasn't been the best. I'm considering returning it if these issues keep persisting. If anyone knows a fix for this lag I'd greatly appreciate it.
