Surface earbuds not connecting to Duo

Anyone experiencing the earbuds not connecting to duo when you pull them out of the case? I have to put them back in the pull them out a second time to get them to connect.

They connect within seconds for me. Maybe you should try doing a reset on the buds. Just hold down the pair button for 20 seconds.

You can always try forgetting them, clear the Cache for the Bluetooth under apps and reconnect them.

Have you installed the Surface Audio App and added them to the Duo from there? If not, remove them and readd them through the App.

So I've noticed with a little experimenting, if I open the case then quickly take out the buds they do not connect, but if I wait a second or two they connect every time.

Can you make a call from a surface earbuds? I have plantronics wirless and when I try to use google assitant from double tap on earbud, it says, I do not have the option to makes calls yet? DOes that happen with the Surface earbuds?
