Surface Go LTE Cellular Property Status - Not operational

When I look at the Network & Internet page at work, I do not see the Cellular option. When I select "View Your network properties" under Status, I see for Cellular Status "Not operational".

When I am at home I see the Cellular option.

The Surface Go LTE worked at the office on Cellular until Monday afternoon, Dec 3th. What happened?

Edit: I did notice that there is not a Network Connection for Mobile Broadband in my network Connection list. How do I get the Mobile Broadband Network Connection back?

Could it be something to do with your ISP?

Check if you the action centre if you have inadvertently enabled flight mode or have turned Mobile data off.

The other option is settings -> Network and Internet and have a look there.

Since I don't have a Windows based tablet with LTE, you're going to have provide some screenshots. As I'm not 100% certain that the functions I see are the complete functions or a limited set (it wouldn't make sense to display more than these on a desktop pc that hardly moves or a laptop with no LTE connection).

Or perhaps someone else with a Surface Go LTE would like to chime in?

Also as @HeyCori mentioned, it might be your ISP as they may deemed you were tethering - which some ISP's do not include in your tariff/contract or have a limit on - For instance even I have unlimited Cellular data, I do not have unlimited data for mobile hotspot use or tethering.
