Surface goes into sleep mode while playing podcasts--help please.

My wife's RT goes into sleep mode while playing podcasts (which then stop playing) and it's become so annoying that she is now using her phone to listen instead of her Surface. Anyone know how to prevent this from happening? Thanks!

If the app is coded correctly, it should not do that. Feedback on the app store for the app might help get the developer to fix it. Unless it's a setting for the app. Which app is she using?

I've created an "always on" power option in control panel and pinned it to my start screen.

She's playing the podcasts from IE.

I'm also getting frustrated with Nokia music gets turned off.....someone should rewrite the Nokia music app. It only stays on if you go to settings in control panel and have never power down or go to sleep. Then the screen stays on all the time. I don't want the screen to be ON all the time. Fix it Nokia.
