Surface Pen Top Button

I have a small problem. I configured the surface pro 3 pen top button to run One Note 2013 earlier. I want to change it back to One Note but I forgot how to do it. Can anyone tell me?

Doing a quick search, I found this tip from Paul Thurrott.
