Surface Pro 3 -- Miracast?

Does the surface pro 3 support miracast?

Yes it does, if you click on I believe F7 it will show some options

Yes. You simply swipe in from the right side of the screen and tap devices, tap project, and either tap "add a wireless display" or if already added just tap on your television.
