The screen on my surface has been severely damaged on the bottom right corner, with a crack coming up through the home button. This crack seems to have disabled ALL touchscreen features.
I just need advice about how to seek repairs and how much it might cost as I am no longer covered under a warranty.
I would have chatted with Microsoft, but apparently that would cost 99$.

The repairs will depend on where you are and if there are local technicians who do repairs
