Surface Pro 4 Poor Performance after Win 10 Anniversery Update

I have reset my SP4 and reinstalled all programs and I still have poor performance besides there is no sound after a shut down... I had to uncheck fast startup button in power options to get it to work... any others having post windows 10 anniversary update performance woes?

could you define what you mean by poor performance? Low battery life? Slow pc? Programs crashing?
