I wouldn't say red is just for ladies. Think Ferrari, 'Red' Bull, rare steak (well, perhaps that's more pink than red) and more besides. I'm rocking the red. Had the light blue before which I loved, but wanted a change. The keys are much harder to press than before - not sure I like, but it's definitely quieter and feels more solid. Just arrived today
I went with the Dark Blue. Its a nice color and my favorite. I was afraid that the light blue would be too distracting to me. I also like Teal and black.

After originally going with the black typecover, on Christmas Eve, I saw the light blue at Best Buy (which had been sold out for a long time). Loved the look, plus it occurred to me that, because even the keys are the light-blue color, it would be less likely to show shiny grease spots like the black keyboard has been doing. So I bought it as a Christmas gift to myself. I'm really enjoying it
